Activity feed
The activity feed on the dashboard shows a real-time log of envelope events across your account, ordered with the most recent event first.
Event types
| Event | What triggered it |
|---|---|
| Envelope created | You created a new envelope (draft) |
| Envelope sent | You dispatched an envelope to signers |
| Signer notified | Permissio sent or resent the signing email to a signer |
| Signer viewed | A signer opened the signing link |
| Signer completed | A signer finished all their fields and submitted |
| Envelope completed | All signers have signed — the PDF is ready |
| Envelope voided | You or the system cancelled an in-progress envelope |
| Signer declined | A signer actively declined to sign |
Reading an event row
Each row in the feed shows:
- Icon — colour-coded by event type (green for completions, amber for pending actions, red for voids and declines)
- Description — a plain-language summary, e.g. "Jordan Kim signed NDA — Acme Corp"
- Envelope name — a clickable link that opens the envelope detail view
- Time — relative time (e.g. "3 minutes ago") with the absolute timestamp on hover
Filtering
Use the Filter control above the feed to narrow by:
- Event type (e.g. show only completions)
- Date range
- A specific envelope by name or ID
