Developer support model

Support runs on a tiered model. Every account, including sandbox-only accounts, has access to:

• Public documentation (this site).
• The interactive API explorer.
• The community discussion board at community.permissio.us.

Paid accounts add direct email support, with response targets defined per tier in your contract.
