Accessibility Statement

Permissio, Inc.

1. Commitment​

Permissio, Inc. ("Permissio") is committed to providing websites and applications that are accessible and usable by the broadest possible range of users, including those who rely on assistive technologies.

2. Conformance Goal​

Permissio targets conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA for its public-facing websites, operator console, signer experience, and developer documentation, to the extent practicable given product roadmap priorities, third-party dependencies, and validated testing.

3. Current Status​

Accessibility testing is ongoing. Permissio reviews its interfaces for accessibility issues and prioritizes remediation on a risk-based basis. Some features or surfaces may not yet meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA while testing and improvement work is in progress.

4. Third-Party Content and Dependencies​

Some content and features within the Permissio platform are provided by or depend on third-party services, including authentication interfaces (Clerk) and payment interfaces (Stripe). Permissio works with third-party providers who maintain their own accessibility programs, but cannot guarantee full WCAG conformance across all third-party surfaces.

5. Customer-Uploaded Content​

Documents uploaded by customers for signature — including PDFs, templates, and form fields — may not conform to accessibility standards. Customers are responsible for the accessibility of Customer Content and for ensuring that their documents and signing workflows meet the accessibility requirements applicable to their use case and jurisdiction.

6. Known Limitations​

Permissio is aware that the following areas may have accessibility limitations and is working to address them:

  • Complex interactive elements in the envelope builder and signing flow
  • PDF rendering accessibility within the signer experience
  • Some legacy or third-party UI components

If you experience an accessibility barrier while using the Permissio Services, please contact us at support@permissio.us. Please include:

  • The page or feature where you encountered the barrier
  • A description of the barrier and its impact
  • The assistive technology, browser, and device you are using
  • Your contact information if a response is requested

Permissio will review feedback and work to address barriers on a prioritized basis.
