Production

Production carries legal weight. Signed envelopes are retained per your account's retention policy, signer identity is verified through real channels, and signing events are admissible in court.

You select production by sending an sk_live_… key against https://api.permissio.us. The host is shared with sandbox; the key prefix is the routing decision.

Production rules

Live keys move money and trigger real notifications. Treat them with the same care as a database password. Rotate immediately if exposed.

Promote integrations to production only after they pass an end-to-end test in sandbox.
